The name "Amazing Grazing Tables & Charcuterie" has deep meaning for me. Recently I've been studying the minor prophets. Joel 2:26 describes a time when the Lord will bless those of His people who repent and return to Him in humility. It says "You wil

l have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you." Truth is, He has dealt wondrously with all of us, but many fail to see the truth. I want my business, at its heart, to be a reflection of that wondrous mercy and grace that Christ has given us. I will deal with my customers in honesty, and will strive to please as much as possible. If you give me the chance, I believe wholeheartedly that you'll be pleased with the outcome.

Last weekend I tackled my largest individual charcuterie box order ever—47 total! Naturally, it landed on the last morning of our church’s VBS, because apparently I like a challenge. 😂After an early morning of cheese, crackers, and last-minute details, I delivered the boxes to the customer and headed straight to my volunteer VBS duties at church! I’m incredibly thankful for every customer who supports my small business and allows me to keep doing what I love, even on the busiest days.

Now on to the next adventure! 🧀✨

Oh and tell me those little pipettes with ranch aren’t the cutest ever!!! I can’t wait to use those again! 😍

This table may not have been my biggest, but it represents a brand-new milestone for my business!

Last night, this table traveled almost all the way to Kansas for a very special rehearsal dinner—nearly a six-hour round trip! 😳 Along the way, I got to see parts of Oklahoma I don’t think I’ve ever explored before, and I loved it… even if most of the scenery was flatter than my hair after surviving a day of OK winds! 😂

So if you’ve been thinking about booking a traveling grazing table, consider this your sign! This girl is always up for a road trip.

And most importantly, congratulations to the soon-to-be newlyweds! Thank you for letting me be a small part of such a special celebration. ❤️

Think charcuterie tables only work for appetizers? Think again! Wedding season has officially begun, and I got started with a bang this past weekend! This grazing table served as the main meal, also doubling as a centerpiece and focal point! Let me tell you… if anyone left this wedding hungry it wasn’t on my watch!

Still soaking in this graduation weekend! 🎓 It turned into the busiest day I’ve ever had for the business, and I’m beyond thankful for the support. So many special celebrations, so many amazing clients, and a whole lot of gratitude over here. Thank you for continuing to choose and recommend my little business — it truly means the world! 💛

End-of-year FFA banquet for the seniors 💙💛

Not your typical ag building spread… no hay bales, no feed buckets, and definitely no cattle grazing in sight. Just a different kind of grazing table for this hungry crowd! 😋

The yellow and blue theme looked incredible, despite the truth that blue is not a team player when it comes to food. Still, we made it work and pulled together a spread worthy of these seniors and their big send-off. Congratulations, guys and gals!! 💕🌾

This past weekend, my focus was a little closer to home—celebrating my son’s seventh birthday, Pokémon style! 🎉

He played hard from start to finish, and had the best time with some of his best friends! 🥰 And of course we upgraded the usual cake-and-chips situation with a little grazing table appearance. Sometimes I just can’t help myself! 🤪 There was something there for everyone - seven-year-olds and adults too!

We are so grateful for all the friends who came out and made it such a great celebration! 💛

Three days, three boards, three totally different personalities.

Friday night’s box showed off a little… EIGHT cheeses, if you can believe it! Because apparently I don’t believe in restraint. 🤣

Saturday was a University of Oklahoma girls’ charity picnic — bright, fun, and made to travel beautifully.

And Sunday was a wildflower-themed wedding at Will Rogers Gardens in OKC. Let’s just say if it could be turned into a rose, I tried it. 😍🌹The grazing table handled cocktail hour and pizza came in for the main event. I’ll just say… I fully support both food choices and will not be taking questions at this time (though I do have opinions privately, and those thoughts involve ludicrous amounts of cheese.) 🧀😋

If you hear of a gathering in need of cheese-based overachieving, feel free to send them my way. 🤣

Last night’s charcuterie class was my biggest group yet - 25 attendees! 🤩 It was a little bit of organized chaos, but the fun kind where everyone’s laughing, building beautiful boxes, and somehow it all comes together. At one point I had to step away for a minute (turns out I’m not totally invincible 😅), and without missing a beat, a few lovely assistants stepped in and kept everything running like clockwork. Thank you to these special ladies for rolling with everything and making the class a success!

This weekend also held a more tender moment, as I put together a table for a memorial gathering. While setting up the food table, I got to witness a group of friends come together, each helping create a memorial filled with photos, desserts, drinks, and so many thoughtful touches to honor her life. It was truly special to see that kind of love in action.

From celebration to remembrance, both days were surrounded by some amazing food and the best of friends. 💕

Well, that was a first! 😄✈️

Today I delivered a charcuterie board… to an AIRPORT… for a PRIVATE FLIGHT… for THREE people. Just casually living my best “cheese goes first class” life over here. 🤣

I like to imagine my little board buckled into a leather seat, cruising at 30,000 feet, living the VIP life while I’m back on the ground eating the leftovers in yoga pants. 😂

But in all seriousness—how fun is that?! Whether it’s a backyard hangout or, you know… a private jet situation, your snacks deserve an upgrade. 😎

Last-minute event panic mode? We’ve all been there. 😅 Here’s my delivery from last night, from a customer who just ordered for her event on Monday! 😳🤣

Before you make that emergency run to the grocery store for the boring, cookie-cutter fruit and veggie tray… just know you’ve got another option! I can often take charcuterie orders with just a few days’ notice—so you can pull off something that looks way more “put together” than you actually feel.

Quick question—what’s your go-to last-minute party move? Be honest, I won’t judge 😄👇
