Well folks, Keller's Cellar is no longer in business. A lady reached out to me to order a board and then 12 minutes later "someone" called Department of Agriculture to complain that I didn't have a business license and was peddling goods out of my home. This person also has charcuterie on her page so maybe it was jealousy? I told DOA that I do in fact have a business license! I was told years ago that since I don't "cook" I didn't have to have a commercial kitchen, just take a food safety course and have a designated refrigerator, which I did both! Seems like I was given false information then. Life is too short people!! Get a life!!
