Art Assembly is taking over Odd Duck Hampton Park this Saturday, September 12 from 3–7 PM with a whole lot of very talented Charleston people in one place.

Stop by to wander the artist market, catch some live art & music, sip through a w**e tasting, let the kids make something with Redux Contemporary Art Center, eat something good and maybe leave with a piece of art.

September is bringin’ in the Bonzo Wrap: housemade chickpea patty, whipped feta, chili aioli, cucumbers, capers, pickled onions + spring mix.

The Gobbler: turkey, bacon, pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, chili aioli + chili crisp.

Pumpkin Spice Lattes are back, and the blackberry latte with salted honey cold foam is sticking around because y’all are, very rightfully, obsessedddd.

Meet Ellis Fox, the featured artist for our first ART ASSEMBLY with .

Ellis (Ellis Fox) is a Charleston-based illustrator, designer + painter and a graduate of SCAD’s illustration program. Working primarily in acrylic, their work explores the awkward, playful and sometimes mysterious space between humans and creatures, with characters finding their footing through connection, identity and a little bit of weirdness.

We’re excited to share a closer look at Ellis’ work now, and even more excited for you to experience it in person at ART ASSEMBLY: FALL 2026.

Back in 2010, Arun Drummond was running a gallery in downtown Charleston while Jared + Andrew were over at Bubba Sly’s. Somewhere along the way + after many late nights at Rec Room, a friendship was born.

Fast forward to now: Arun has Drummond Studio Gallery, the dads have Odd Duck, and we’ve got a space at Hampton Park that we’ve been dreaming of filling with more art and community.

So, we’re making it official.
