🍯🔥 Hot Honey Ground Turkey & Delicata Squash Bowls
(aka autumn in a bowl)

When fall hits, you want cozy, sweet-meets-spicy, and a dinner that looks like it belongs on a fall postcard. This one delivers. Featuring locally grown delicata squash from (this week’s veggie focus!), hot honey ground turkey, and your choice of Brussels sprouts, kale, or broccolini.

You can find Davis Natural Produce veggies 7 days a week at International Mountain Equipment NOCO (10a–6p) and on Saturdays at Tuckerman Brewery in Conway (3–6p). 🍂

Ingredients (serves 4)
1 lb ground turkey
1 medium delicata squash (about 1 lb), halved, seeded, sliced into half-moons
1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
2 cups Brussels sprouts (halved) or kale (chopped) or broccolini (trimmed)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cinnamon
Salt & black pepper
Hot honey glaze:
¼ cup honey
1–2 tsp hot sauce (to taste)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, grated
Optional garnishes: goat cheese or feta, crispy sage, toasted pumpkin seeds

Directions
1️⃣ Roast veggies: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss squash, onion + your veggie of choice with oil, paprika, cinnamon, salt & pepper. Roast 20–25 min, flipping halfway.
2️⃣ Cook turkey: Brown turkey in a skillet, season with salt & pepper.
3️⃣ Hot honey glaze: Whisk honey, hot sauce, vinegar & garlic. Stir half into the turkey, let it coat and reduce slightly. Save the rest for drizzling.
4️⃣ Assemble bowls: Divide veggies + turkey, drizzle with glaze, add garnishes.
✨ Cozy, flexible, meal-prep-friendly. Basically, autumn gave you a high-five in dinner form.

🥔✨ Healthy Instant Pot Cottage Pie
Comfort food made weeknight-easy! Fluffy potato + cauliflower mash tops a savory filling loaded with lean protein and frozen veggies. Bonus: this week’s fresh potatoes from right here in Conway, NH are the star of the show 🙌

🛒 Ingredients
Topping:
1 lb potatoes (from Davis Natural Produce!)
1 small head cauliflower, florets
2 cloves garlic (optional)
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp olive oil or butter
¼–½ cup broth
Salt & pepper
Filling:
1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme, ½ tsp smoked paprika
1 bag frozen mixed veggies (12–16 oz)
Salt & pepper

👩‍🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Instant Pot: Cook potatoes, cauliflower & garlic + 1 cup water on HIGH for 8 min. Quick release, drain, mash with yogurt, oil, broth, S&P.
2️⃣ Skillet: Brown meat + garlic. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire, spices, broth. Simmer till thickened. Add frozen veggies, heat through.
3️⃣ Assemble: Spread filling in dish, top with mash, bake at 400°F for 20–25 min (broil 2 min for crispy top).

✨ Crispy Parmesan Baked Onion Chips ✨
When onions + cheese team up = snack magic. 🧅🧀 These little chips bake up crunchy, savory, and seriously addictive. Bonus: they’re only a handful of ingredients and oven-ready in minutes.

🥕 Grab your onions (and all your fresh, local veggies!) from — available 7 days a week at International Mountain Equipment NOCO (10–6) or Saturdays at Tuckerman Brewery in Conway (3–6, July–Sept).

📝 Recipe
Ingredients
1 large yellow or sweet onion
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
¼ tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
Avocado oil spray

Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2️⃣ Slice onion into thin rings.
3️⃣ Sprinkle 1 Tbsp Parmesan per chip on the sheet, flatten slightly.
4️⃣ Top with onion slices + seasonings, mist with avocado oil spray.
5️⃣ Bake 8–12 mins until golden + crispy.
6️⃣ Cool for 2–3 mins, then snack away with your fave dip! 🎉

🌶️ Whole30 Deconstructed Stuffed Pepper Bowls 🌱
All the comfort of stuffed peppers… without the hassle of actually stuffing them. This easy skillet meal is Whole30-compliant, packed with veggies, and perfect for meal prep. Bonus: it features fresh peppers + produce from our friends at Davis Natural Produce 💚
✨ Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef, turkey, or chicken
3 bell peppers (grab them fresh from Davis Natural Produce!)
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 zucchini, diced (optional)
1 (14 oz) can crushed tomatoes (no sugar added)
1 cup cauliflower rice
2 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt + pepper
Fresh parsley/cilantro
Directions
1️⃣ Brown ground meat with salt + pepper. Remove, set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté onion + peppers in oil until soft. Add zucchini + garlic.
3️⃣ Stir in tomatoes + spices, simmer 5–7 min.
4️⃣ Return meat to skillet, mix well.
5️⃣ Serve over cauliflower rice + top with herbs.
💡 Meal prep tip: store filling + cauliflower rice separately to keep it fresh all week.

Sweet, caramelized carrots + salty feta = side dish goals. Perfect for weeknights, holidays, or when you just want to pretend you’re fancy. Bonus: this week’s veggie spotlight from our friends is carrots — grab yours at International Mountain Equipment NOCO (open daily 10–6) or Tuckerman Brewery on Saturdays 3–6.
Here’s how to make it ⬇️
Ingredients
2 lbs carrots, peeled + trimmed (cut thicker ones in half)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey (optional, for caramelization)
Pinch of red chili flakes
Salt + black pepper
½ cup crumbled feta
2 Tbsp parsley or dill, chopped
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F.
2️⃣ Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, chili flakes, salt + pepper.
3️⃣ Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast 20–25 min, flipping halfway, until tender + caramelized.
4️⃣ Move carrots to serving plate. Sprinkle with feta + herbs.
5️⃣ Finish with a squeeze of lemon + serve warm.
🔥 Pro tip: Make a double batch and use the extras in grain bowls or salads all week.
