I quit my job.

A week ago to be exact. I'm getting paid for the weeks of schedules I was on. I am building a small business and a brand that I am so proud of. I have been going through times of heightened euphoria and extreame fear. I don't know what the future has in store, but I hope success is in the near future.

My intention was to cut this video up and not use all of it for obvious reasons. But this is me, this is what I'm going through and I would love for you to tag along. Maybe it will be the push if you have been feeling the same way ❤️

So what are the differences between me and corporations that you could go buy body wash, bug repellent, lotion, etc from?

I am a small batch producer. Quality control is in the nature of small batch producing.

I don't want to be a millionaire. I just want to do what I love, help people improve their lifestyle, pay bills, feed my animals, and build some proper barns to make winter a smidge easier.

I care about what my products will do or not do for my customers. I would never offer a product that I didn't feel safe using on myself or Josh, or our families.

The stories of healing that have come directly from the things that I make with my own hands — those matter to me. Not margins or profit.

When you support what I do in any form or fashion, you are directly impacting myself and my family — including the furry ones too. Not some corporation with mega corporations holding the largest stakes.

Thank you if you have gotten this far. I enjoy writing way more than I enjoy speaking. I recognize that people want to see the person behind the camera and I am working on that.

We had another entry last night! I'll accept entries until tonight. I'm gonna draw tomorrow — I work all day today. I might even go live if anyone is interested.

Everyone's name (however many entries they got) will get thrown in a bucket / hat / bowl and we will draw that way on tuesday.

I am overwhelmed by this. With this little fundraiser I will be able to purchase a roll of barbwire, which we need. The farmstand also made enough for a roll of barbwire this weekend. Thank you all so much for all the different types of support we see. It means so much to me ❤️

I told you all I was hoping to make this a fund raiser of sorts. Bills for the farm are roughly $700 to $1000 per month this time of year and this year my goal is to cover monthly expenses, quit my corporate job, and put more time into events/markets etc. And I am hoping this is a stepping stone to those goals.
