Today is our restock day and nothing makes me happier than a slight rain and warm bread filling up the house.

This recipe is one of mine from my sourdough book that we just put in a loaf pan.
The only problem is in the loaf shape, my family will eat them quicker.

🌞 Happy Friday, everyone! 🌞
As farmers market season gets underway, we wanted to share a little update with all of our wonderful customers and supporters.

We've been meaning to make this post for a while, but finding the right words hasn't been easy. Over the past year, our lives have changed quite a bit. Some of you may remember that at the end of last market season, I started a new job. Between that change and raising a young family, we've been focusing on creating memories and spending quality time together whenever we can.
Because of that, we will not be attending every farmers market this season. We are registered as vendors and plan to participate on select dates, but we will announce at least one week in advance whenever we plan to attend an upcoming market.

For those wondering:
πŸ“ June 6th – We'll be visiting the market and supporting our favorite vendors.
πŸ’ June 12th – We have a wedding to attend and will not be at the market.

We apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding and support.

The good news is that we're still available for pre-orders and small-batch baking requests! We love creating fresh baked goods for you and are happy to work with customers outside of market days.

Looking ahead, one of our goals is to eventually offer a porch pickup or farm stand option. We haven't moved forward with that just yet due to the road construction that has impacted access to our property over the past few years, but it's something we're excited about for the future.

Thank you for continuing to support our small business. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you, and we look forward to seeing you throughout the season! ❀️

*rabbit pineapple teriyaki brats-made from our rabbits we raised
*and my sourdough pretzel recipe wrapped around
* we also had our homemade sweet dill relish made from my mother in laws cucumbers. πŸ₯°

We are in the clear from tonight's tornado. However, we had a huge drop in our humidity post storm. Pre storm we were sitting at 57% which was odd because normally it would have needed a touch up. I checked so incase we lost power that humidity could stay normal ranges. The 2.5 to 3 hrs later we had this significant drop post storm.

Has anyone ever experienced this? I figure someone else has to be running and incubator but to notice changes just few miles from a tornado might not be as common.
