DEM BOYZ BBQ is the result of a dream of Ralph Perry Sr and Tanisha Perry. DEM BOYZ BBQ was founded in 2020, with a goal of giving customers a high quality BBQ meal that suits their individual tastes. Ralph was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey and his wife Tanisha is from Washington D.C. Brisket and Pork Butts are smoked 12-14 hours, whole Chicken, Turkey, and Ribs are smoked for 3-4 hours at a low temperature of only 200 F. All our meats have a simple rub. No sauce is used during the smoking process. We don’t want to cover up the taste of the meat and smoke. BBQ is a process of time and smoke, as it can’t be rushed, it’s a labor of love! Texas and Kansas City style is a dry rub, but we do offer 5 different sauces that are made in-house. Our sides are East Coast recipes of Ralph’s made in-house from scratch.
