If you didn't have a chance to get a copy of our latest cookbook while at the FARE conference, you can still get it through Amazon or Barnes and Noble. So many great recipes are the top 9 allergens but not from flavor. Easy to follow and can be adapted to many different diets. There is also a "Make Mine Veggie" option for each recipe.

Another successful event. Served 550 guests with food allergies and a variety of other special dietary needs safe and delicious food. We had 2 receptions, a pancake breakfast, and a lunch buffet. The guests were super excited and appreciated the effort. They could eat safely without worry.

I love doing this. Thanks to the JW Marriott FOH and BOH teams for their hard work and dedication.

I am preparing for the next FARE Food Allergy Summit in Orlando, Fl. I have been working with the FARE and JW Marriott Grande Lakes F&B teams on safe dining options and am super excited to see this great event come together. I am also looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. This is such a great event to see how the food allergy community is growing, taking charge of managing food allergies and how the industries are working together to make it safe for everyone to eat food safely.

For breakfast, you can make the Joel's Special. Ground meat, onions, garlic, mushrooms and spinach are so good you will probably eat the leftovers for dinner.

Our awesome corndogs are amazing with plant-based or regular hotdogs or sausage. Great for a kid's party.

The Turkey Mornay Pasta Casserole is so comforting, you will want to make it with any leftover chicken if you don't have turkey.

During Thanksgiving with family in Atlanta, we made our gravy and garlic mashed potatoes 🥔 for dinner. Everyone loved them and didn’t even know they were allergen free.
