Great times at the Ft. Wayne Home and Garden Show!! We are open until 8:00 tonight, and from 11-5 on Sunday!! We are in the Conference Center.
So, I just realized that I haven’t posted anything on here since Christmas!!☺️ It has been a very busy time!! I will get into all of that later!! I’ve been keeping animals cared for and healthy through the last two miserable months!! Anyway it has paid off, because tomorrow we will start our four day stint at the Home and Garden Show!! I just spent the day setting up!! A big thank you to my husband Phil and brother-in-law, Ron. They hauled all of my gates up and loaded up 3 huge carts with my stuff, and wheeled it in. They also laid down and taped my 52’ of tarps and set up all of the gates. Then I got busy setting up my County fair-themed props!! It only took 6 hours, this year!!🤗 Sure hope everyone will come to see us!! 11-8, Thursday and Friday, 10-8 Saturday and 11-5 on Sunday!! We are in the family area. Then at 5:30 Thursday morning, my baby goats will be on the News. So I get to head up there at 4:30 AM.😳
We will have our reindeer, Candy Cane, and our Mama alpaca and her baby, on Steve Shine’s Movie Marathon tonight in the 7 o’clock hour. Two different segments!! Ft.Wayne’s My TV channel 21.3, Comcast 252, and 1024, Frontier F105, channel 9, Mediacom, channel 10 and Direct TV 22. Enjoy watching baby alpaca whack my face with her head!!🤣
We finished up our Christmas season at Jefferson Pointe with the reindeer, and at Wabash First Methodist Church, greeting the attendees, with Nativity animals. Such an amazing season!!❤️ A big thank you to my son Jurgin Cripe, who handled Nutcracker at every single event!! Also thank you to his wife Mariah, Janzin, Jirni, Will Schuler, Chad Kreider, Joe Miller, Teresa Gable, Lauren Burris and my husband, Phil!! We could have never done it without their help with the reindeer, Nativity animals and chores at home!! Merry Christmas to everyone we got to meet, as well as our friends and family!!🎄🦌🥰

How cool is this?!! We are down in Gas City at the Fire Station, when I see the Butler family, formerly from our hometown of North Manchester!!❤️ It ends up most of them live here now!! Such a wonderful surprise!!🤗

Everyone is enjoying our Nativity animals at Ossian’s annual Hometown Christmas. The Nazarene Church is supplying the Characters and sponsoring our animals. Always such a special event!!🦙🐐🐑
So today we did our annual taping with Steve Shine, for the 36th annual Christmas Movie Marathon!! Hard to believe, I have done it every single year!! I took my big trick pig the first year, my sister and I took our tiger and bear one year. We have taken every animal imaginable since. My kids often went with me. The past 18 years, we have always brought a reindeer and another animal. This year we had two very special guests; Jennings, my grandson and Celebration, our new baby alpaca!! It will air in the evening on Christmas day. As it gets closer, I will post the channels and times.

Last week we had the pleasure of taking our turkey Tartan to StoryPoint Assisted Living Facility, for a pardoning!! It was a great time!! So surprising how many people had never seen or touched a real, live turkey!! How many people know that President Lincoln was the first President to pardon a turkey?!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!❤️

This Saturday starts our Christmas Season with our reindeer. We will be at Rhinestones and Roses in North Manchester from 10:30-12. We then travel to Shipshewana. From 3-5 we will be outside of the beautiful Blue Gate Restaurant for patrons to pet and take pictures with our reindeer. The lighted Christmas parade begins at 7, our reindeer will be in it. It is the most magical holiday event!! Just like a Hallmark movie!!❤️🎄🦌🎅🏻
Celebration is wearing a little coat, made by my cousin Teresa Akey, some years back for my lambs. It fits!! Glaze, her mother is checking it out!!❤️
We are so excited to introduce our new surprise born last week!! It’s a baby alpaca, called a cria. Her name is Celebration!! We assumed the mother was pregnant, but since their gestation is close to a year long, we just weren’t sure when it would happen. There were no obvious signs that she was due. Celebration will be a great addition to our Animal-Grams’ menagerie!!❤️🦙
Be sure to come watch our Lil’ Barnyard Pig Races tomorrow at N. Manchester’s Harvest Fest!! 10:30-2:30. Races occurring each hour. Souvenir Ribbons to be won!!! We will also bring a few pets from our petting farm. Come see us, set up on Market St.🐷🥇🥈🥉

It always makes you feel good when you have an impact on kids, especially when she wins Little Miss Steuben County. When asked what her favorite part of the fair was, she said the baby pig races. Her Mother had her come down and tell us!! So glad we got to meet her!! Lydia is adorable!!❤️
So nice to be back to the Steuben County Fair again, after having activities canceled last year. We are set up with petting farm and mini pig races, right next to beautiful Crooked Lake!!

We had a great day at the Home and Garden Show!! Feeding goats (what I do best). A visit from Katelyn, Kyle, and baby Saylor. An interview with my friend Andy Beckman from Majic 95.1, a visit from my cousins Jeff and Jessica!! Visits from Staci and Sainsburys from N. Manchester, along with many others that stopped to see us!! A live interview with the nicest people from Wane 15!! A very busy and fun day!! You still have 3 days to come to to visit us!!🤗
Well, another long night, getting ready for the Home and Garden Show!! First time ever, I’ve been done before midnight!! Thanks to my amazing assistant, Teresa Gable!! We’re in a different location, and going with a spring theme!!💐🌸🌹
