🔥 NEW WEEKEND DELI DROP — WE’RE TRYING SOMETHING NEW. 🔥

If you’re coming into town to see us this weekend, COME HUNGRY. 😏

We’ve been working on THREE brand-new handcrafted fish ball meals — and Saturday morning, they’re hitting the deli for the first time.

Every meal comes with our PURPLE RICE and its own side + sauce pairing.

🦞 SEOUL GARLIC PEPPER LOBSTER — $8.99

Imitation lobster balls dipped in our seasoned Korean fry batter, fried until golden, then finished with a sweet, garlicky, peppery seasoning that gives them that little sweet-and-savory kick.

Served with seared sesame long beans, purple rice, and Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce.

🌶️ KOREAN SPICY CRUNCH ROE — $7.99

Fish balls with a savory fish roe center, wrapped in a seasoned Korean-style crispy coating and fried golden.

You get that crunch on the outside, then that little pop of roe inside. 👀

Served with kimchi, purple rice, and Japanese Okonomi Sauce — a sweet, savory, tangy sauce that goes perfect with the crispy roe-filled fish balls.

🍤 CAJUN SHRIMP CRUNCH — $7.99

Shrimp fish balls dipped in our seasoned Korean frying batter, then given an EXTRA roll through tempura coating for an even crunchier crust.

Served with Korean cheesy corn, purple rice, and something special…

🌶️ WHAT THE VERD HOT SAUCE

This hot sauce is made right here in Mankato by a small local business, and we wanted to use this meal to put another local product in the spotlight. The bright green heat with that crispy Cajun shrimp ball is 🔥.

And that’s not all.

🖤 Microwavable black rice containers will also be available.
