From all of Us at WVFK...
Happy Veterans Day. To all who have serviced or are servicing...Thank you!!
It's a left sided world. Have you wondered WHY training dogs, leading horses and mount is always done on their or your left side.
The reason is...this is a right handed world. We have our dog's heel, train to our left, lead and mount horses on the left because in the old days, when men still wore swords and guns, it was necessary to mount horses and train dogs from the left side for safety purposes.
Updated our website. Look at the new Dog Services available.
Our Vina is home.
The last two days has really sucked b*lls...sorry! But as the Vet said, we are going to celebrate the life and legacy of your Vina. She was totally the best girl. One in a million. Good with everyone even my grandbabies. Fly high Vina, we love you so much. Until we see you again, I know you will be watching. Life will never be the same. Love you so much our V.
Happy Doggy Day!! Hugs to your furbabies!
The reason NOT to give small or tennis balls.
From all of us at WVFK. Thank you to all who made it possible.

Exactly! Your dogs do not need yearly shots!!
SO JUST HOW LONG DO YOUR PET’S SHOTS LAST?
Definitely longer than a year!
According to the top pet immunologist (aka vaccine expert) in the world, Dr. Ronald Schultz, Ph.D. – “ Annual revaccination provides no benefit and may increase the risk for adverse reactions.”
What the heck are adverse reactions (or side effects)?
Well according to the other rock star pet immunologist Dr. Jean Dodds:
“Side effects from dog vaccinations can occur anywhere from instantly up to several weeks or months later. Vaccines can even cause susceptibility to chronic diseases that appear much later in a dog’s life (Dodd, 2001).
Severe and fatal adverse reactions include:
•Susceptibility to infections.
•Neurological disorders and encephalitis.
•Aberrant behavior, including unprovoked aggression.
•Vaccines are linked to seizures. Distemper, parvovirus, rabies and, presumably, other vaccines have been linked with poly neuropathy, a nerve disease that involves inflammation of several nerves. (Dodds,2001)”
SO HOW LONG EXACTLY DOES YOUR PET’S VACCINE LAST?
According to the recommendations of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), (basically the dudes who set the standards for the vets): “Among healthy dogs, all commercially available [core] vaccines are expected to induce a sustained protective immune response lasting at least 5 yr. thereafter”
Here’s the breakdown of the core vaccines from Dr. Ronald Schultz:
Minimum Duration of Immunity for Canine Vaccines:
Distemper- 7 years by challenge
Parvovirus – 7 years by challenge
Adenovirus – 7 years by challenge
Canine rabies – 3 years by challenge
The moral of the story here, if you have no idea when your pet is due or has been vaccinated, then just run a titer test and this will confirm if you are due, rather than over-vaccinate your poor pet, setting the stage for future problems!
What’s a titer test?
A titer test (pronounced tight-errr) is a laboratory or in-house veterinary test measuring the existence and level of antibodies (necessary to fight off disease) in your pet’s blood. Basically, it’s a test that will tell you whether or not you actually need to vaccinate your pet.
It’s also super useful when making a decision about vaccinating a pet with an unknown vaccination history, or for determining if pets have received immunity from vaccination.
Vaccinating your pet is super important so don’t lose the overall message here: VACCINATE, JUST DON’T OVER-VACCINATE!
According to Dr. Dodds:
“Vaccines have achieved many important benefits for companion animals, and has saved more animals' lives than any other medical advance.”

Nothing but love...
Open letter to all puppy buyers
Be sure to visit us before you took your dog home. You asked us many questions and we breeders answered them patiently. We also asked you many questions and tried to get to know you as much as possible. We explained to you how the dog should be groomed, fed and kept. We also told you that our contact with our puppies will always be important and we feel responsible for their entire lives.
Why ? Because we love our puppies! ❤ ❤
They made their first breath in our hands, we tied for a tender life, little slept and made sure that our puppies have the best possible start to a great and healthy dog life. The mother of your dog is our beloved family member, sometimes the father and we thought something that these two will become the parents of your dog.
Also this because we love our dogs.
We don't say much when you tell us that your dog suddenly doesn't like his food anymore and can endure every change of food without getting murdered. We also don't complain if you don't follow our advice to visit a dog school, but try to hold us back even if the dog starts terrorizing you.
Cause we still love them. ❤ ❤
We are very happy about every photo, message and call, even after years.
Because we still love our dogs.
We didn't become breeders because we were bored, we take it all because we love this breed and to fulfill your dream, the dog's dream. So please don't think you can buy us the love for our puppies with some money bills.
Beautiful friendships are created this way, we never want to miss that. Many puppy buyers still inform us after many years how great this dog is, which they bought from us back then. Then our hearts go open.
Unfortunately there are others who just disappear from our lives as if they forgot that we were breeders who sold their hearts to them!!
I copied this text because this exact text says everything I stand for ✌🏼written perfectly
