Micro Run Wednesday!!!!!

Had an amazing run, riding the wave, locked in, paced right, and finished strong like lance armstrong 💪🏃‍♂️

After the run i challenge myself to knock out 200 Pushups…200 pull-ups…200 ab work

Then I had to relax my body, find balance again one breath at a time with some yoga

Finish off my session with a lovely tea!
