Wow! What a weekend. Our first ever Rolling Double. We are exhausted. Was a pretty decent weekend to burn some meat in multiple parking lots. We were fortunate enough to hear our name 9/10 times. Here are the Results.

Packed up and headed to the first leg of our Rolling Double! First Stop is Smithton, IL for the Smokin in the Park Contest, then Sunday we will be in Pacific, MO, for the Route 66 BBQ and Bluegrass Contest. Good luck to all the teams Rolling with us!

It’s comp week! Not an ordinary one, but a rolling Double! That means double the chicken. We went by our local Fresh Thyme Market and grabbed Springer Mountain Farms Legs. Time to trim these amazing looking chicken legs and seal them up!

There’s no better Memorial Day combo than smoky Prairie Fresh Ribs with Blues Hog OG Sauce fresh off the grill and an ice-cold Busch Light in hand. But while we enjoy the beer, barbecue, and time with family and friends, it’s important to remember what this day truly means. Memorial Day is about honoring and remembering the brave U.S. military personnel who gave their lives while serving in the Armed Forces, making the freedoms and moments we enjoy possible.
