I have been studying cooking and BBQ for as long as I can remember. This was inspired by my grandmother and mother spending countless hours in the kitchen, and my father spending even more hours lighting the grill. I was drawn into the commitment and passion to create something everyone would enjoy. I did a few backyard BBQ competitions just to see what my skills were, and the feed back and compli

ments encouraged me to turn my unique style into an actual business. Please contact me for any of your catered BBQ needs. Anything from weddings, retirements, graduations, summer parties, tailgate parties, fund raisers, pretty much anything you can imagine I am willing to work with. Ribs, brisket, chopped beef, steaks, taco bars, prime rib sit down meals, a made to order smash burger stand, if you have a dream, I will do my best to reach/exceed it. I use only my own recipes when it comes to seasons and sauces. I am willing to switch it up or come up with something completely unique for your special event. As a proud USMC Veteran owned business I will never forget where I came from. My family has stood by me every step of the way and my goal is to help others as I grow in my own journey. This is why I put giving back to the community at the top of my list. Any event that Chunky Ray’s BBQ is a part of, I will personally donate a portion of my own profits to a local charity the customer is passionate about. All I ask is for a chance to exceed your expectations.

This weekend we remember…..

Happy Memorial Day. I know it is weird to say a day of remembering the fallen is happy, however, that is what they would want. This weekend I remember the 33 Brothers I lost. I especially remember Matthew Wyatt and Binh Le. Because of these men, I am still kicking. All of them, and this includes the ones before and after me, would want this. Celebrate. Have a beer. Make kick ass BBQ. Laugh. Make memories. Never forget why you can do these things. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
