We are back for Labor Day weekend. This will be our last weekend with a three flavor option menu for our fresh flavors.
This will be the last weekend for two menu items:
1. Strawberry Mango
2. Vanilla Mousse
We will still try to appease our chocolate lovers with the chocolate mousse until the end of the month. Changes will be made as needed to the menu as the weekends progress.

Hello everyone! September schedule is up and a few things to note.
1. We are going to start introducing fall flavors this month. 👏
2. You might see two flavor options instead of three due to the adjustment of the fall season demand. 💁🏻‍♀️
3. This will be our last month at the Brookfield market.
It’s been a challenge to keep up with my pregnancy and I’ve decided to end my season one month earlier than planned. We are sorry to share the news of our early departure but we are genuinely grateful to serve you all this season. We hope to return next season.

This is the last of the cherry season. No more cherries. 🍒
A reminder that this is my final delivery for the year at Casera. We will remain open and running at Brookfield Farmer’s Market until October.
Pick up your pudding Casera Café & Bakery on Tues thru Fri from 7AM-2PM & on Sat & Sun from 8AM-2PM until inventory runs out.

This weekend’s menu is locked in!

It looks like rain is in the forecast. To prepare for this, we will be adjusting our inventory to reflect the upcoming weather.

If you’re one to brave the rain, so are we (well, Thor will be). 😜

Brookfield will be serving Mango Passionfruit. Peaches ‘n Cream. Island Breeze.
Frozen inventory of Pandan Coconut. Cherry Cheesecake. Lemon Berry Bliss. Vanilla mousse. Flights
Fresh 16 oz of the classic and mango chia pudding & chocolate mousse. 😋
