Today am smoking up some whole chicken, BBQ beans with smoked ham in it and some pork belly burnt ends. It’s my first time smoking the whole chicken, out the rub on last night.

Excited 😜 I have a 15 LB brisket and I got my butcher paper on the way, hoping to get it on the smoker this weekend, it will be my 3rd attempt at Brisket. I will post preparation picks and what I am using at a later time.
