Good evening everyone, I'm over the cold and now detailing and cleaning my kitchen to get back to baking. Keep a look out tomorrow for the menu being posted and soon I will be starting featured items as well that will change every couple of weeks. Brett's Bakery & Eats Info and Policies!

To place an order: simply send a message! Order quantities available for ready made items will be listed in their posts. Available menu option orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date you will want to receive them. If you would like to place an order for a party or event, please send a message with the event details and date to discuss larger quantity options.

Order Pick ups/Delivery Options:
All orders (with the exception of event/party orders) may be paid for in advance or when receiving your items via Facebook pay, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or in cash.
Purchases may be picked up at a specified meeting place in town or, for an additional fee, can be delivered right to your door! Direct deliveries are only optional for those residing in Oak Harbor.

Menu:
There will be a base menu of items to choose from to order whenever you'd like, as well as new featured items that will change periodically. Nutritional facts and ingredient information will be availble for each item upon request.
Item customizations (such as requesting to omit or exchange a fruit or flavor, etc.) are welcome with certain items. When in doubt, feel free to ask!
Switching out items that are standard and/or necessary to the recipe (such as a different kind of milk or a non-dairy option) will not be available at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Satisfaction/Refund Policy:
If there is an issue with your purchased item, I ask that you first please reach out and give me the opportunity to rectify the problem. If a solution cannot be reached, a purchase refund may be granted on a case by case basis. I want you to love the treats that you get! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to me! Please allow me to make this the best experience it can be and help me make any necessary changes by notifying promptly of any problems.

Discounts:
A 10% discount will be availble for Active Duty Military and Veterans upon request with sincerest gratitude for your service!

Ready Made Items:
When I say I LOVE to bake, it's an understatement! I will have ready made items available for immediate purchase and some same day pick up every few days, so keep your eye out for the posts! There will be order quantity limits, but a steady flow of goodies to curb those treat cravings!

First and foremost, I am so grateful to be able to share what I love to create and bake with all of you! Just a quick disclaimer for those with allergy concerns: while I do my absolute best to accommodate certain needs by keeping possible exposure to common food allergens (such as nuts, dairy, gluten and grains) minimal, all items are handmade by me in my home kitchen and these exposures are still a risk, no matter what type of treats you are ordering. I ask that you please keep that in mind when considering making a purchase.
Each items list of ingredients and health/calorie information will also be available upon request.
Additionally, all items will only be available locally. Unfortunately, at this time, shipping is not available. Orders must be picked up at a specified meeting location or, for an additional fee, may be delivered to your residence within Oak Harbor only.
