Please join us for a night of Vermouth Under The Stars at Cavaña in San Francisco on Sunday,March 1st!

We will be launching the brand new La Fuerza Vermouth, Sideral! You will also have the opportunity to meet Agustin Camps, one of the Co-Founders and Owners of La Fuerza Vermouth from Buenos Aires, Argentina!

📣This event is free, but requires an RSVP. Please check out the Eventbrite link in my bio!📣

La Fuerza is the first Vermouth of the Andes and is made from two varieties of grapes that grow at the foothills of the Andes Mountain range in Mendoza, Argentina’s premier wine country. The Rojo (red), an expression of Malbec, and the Blanco (white) and Primavera (rose — the color coming from dried hibiscus, lavender, azhar, and roses), made with Torrontés grapes, are comprised of locally grown Andes botanicals, wine, and natural grape must. Over 40 hand-harvested botanicals are used in this low-intervention & vegan vermouth, along with native plants, all collected from the Andes foothills. The entire elaboration process — from gathering plants to distillation and bottling — takes place in Mendoza.

Some of the botanicals used: Mendoza wormwood, artichoke, anise, wild myrtle, cinnamon, carqueja, lemon verbena, clove, eucalyptus, ginger, jarilla, peppermint, and European thyme.

✨The Sideral project✨

What happens if we leave vermouth in oak barrels for a year? And what if we leave it even longer? What would a barrel-aged vermouth at the foot of the Andes be like?

These are some of the questions we’ve sought to answer since launching our Sideral project, in which we research and explore the possibilities of barrel-aged vermouth.

The result was La Fuerza Sideral in 2022: a blend of La Fuerza Rojo with a touch of La Fuerza Blanco, aged for at least a year in oak barrels previously used for wine.

A vermouth to drink neat, over ice with an orange peel. A vermouth to enjoy at night, after dinner, at the end of a meal, a gathering, or an adventure. It can also be used to prepare classic cocktails like the Negroni or the Manhattan, or others in the same spirit.

We hope to see you there! 🥳

Agustín is coming back!!!

We will be at El Chato Monday, March 2nd from 5-7pm sharing La Fuerza Vermouth with the Mission! Co-Founder Agustín Camps will be there to answer any questions and to educate guests on his Argentine Vermouth! Agustín will be visiting SF from Buenos Aires, Argentina Saturday through Tuesday!

Originally from a marketing background, Agustín received his MBA in marketing and has 25 years of experience in strategy, marketing & business. He has worked with global companies including IBM, Diageo and Neslte Nespresso before becoming a university professor and entrepreneur.

In 2017, Agustín partnered with 3 friends (Martin Auzmendi, Julian Diaz & Sebastian Zuccardi) co-founding La Fuerza de los Valientes, an Argentinian independent project that develops drinks and food experiences with a strong local identity. Today, Agustín
manages Sales & International Market Development for La Fuerza.
