Their season won't last much longer so I wanted to make sure we got a batch into some galette crusts before the days start getting shorter again. This week's Staple bread is Sourdough Country Loaf. This week's loaf will include a slightly larger portion of whole-grain flour, a hard white wheat from Farmer Mai! If you want to be sure to get your hands on this loaf, please message me by Wednesday 5/13 so I can have your bread ready for you on Friday 5/15 ❤️ As usual, all breads are $15 and I'm down to barter as well!
