When she said, 'having equity in the things we create'.... people have asked why want to start my own business and THAT is why. And it is Finally coming into fruition....

After a very long hiatus; working for lots of great restaurants with a few great chefs who pushed me and helped me hone, fine tune my craft, I am stepping out on my own! I'm going to be starting with wholesale ice cream and we'll see where we go from there!

I'm back and I'm ready!
