We're so grateful to The Family Conservancy (Futures First) for inviting us to be part of their Blue Carpet Gala! It was an honor for us to support such an important cause by contributing to the Wine Pull and offering a private wine tasting for ten for the Silent Auction.

We were honored to serve as the Premier Wine Sponsor for the Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey Race, Place & Diversity Awards Dinner!

It was a beautiful evening at Starlight Theatre Kansas City celebrating progress, culture and community- and were proud to raise a glass to all of it.

Special congratulations to Office of Congressman Emanuel Cleaver and Sophic Solutions for their well-deserved recognition.

The Chinese New Year, starting February 10, is the year of the Wood Dragon. The Dragon symbolizes power, nobleness, honor, luck, and success in traditional Chinese culture.

The Dragon is a supernatural being with no parallel for talent and excellence. My late Uncle Mickey loved dragons, and his crystal dragon "Lucius" sits atop his cremains.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, JCB Dragon, possesses a certain magical essence. Shrouded in mystery, much like the dragon, the origins of this varietal were not discovered until the late 1990s, a magical crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.

Be sure to have a glass or two to toast in the Chinese New Year! Cheers to you!
