☀️ That’s a wrap!

The last of the loaves have been baked, the flour has been swept up, and FroDough has officially been tucked away in the fridge for the next week. 🥖❄️

Now it’s time for our family to relax, unwind, and make some memories together before we jump back into the kitchen.

Thank you all for your orders, support, and encouragement. We appreciate every single one of you!

Just a friendly reminder that FroDough will be heading into the fridge tomorrow afternoon while we get packed and ready for our family vacation next week! 🧳🏖️

If you’ve been thinking about placing an order, today is your last day to get on the calendar so I can get everything started tomorrow.

We’ll be away June 15th–19th, and our kitchen will reopen on June 20th.

Vacation is right around the corner, and I only have Wednesday and Thursday left with availability before we head out next week!

Good morning ☀️

Today we’re finishing up baking the last of this week’s doughs, and the kitchen is already smelling incredible!

Fresh out of the oven today will be:

🍪 Oreo Cookie – rich chocolate cookie flavor swirled throughout a soft, tangy sourdough loaf.

🍯 Honey Oat – hearty, wholesome, and lightly sweet with a warm oat topping that makes every slice feel like comfort food.

🍋 Lemon Poppyseed – bright, citrusy, and perfectly balanced with a delicate crunch from the poppyseeds.

These loaves will be cooling soon and heading off to their new homes 🏠 🤗

This morning we baked up the Basil Pesto & Mozzarella and the Cinnamon Brown Sugar, and let me tell you… the aroma these two filled the house with is absolutely incredible! 🤤

The Basil Pesto & Mozzarella is savory, cheesy, and packed with herby goodness, while the Cinnamon Brown Sugar smells like a warm bakery wrapped up in a cozy blanket. 🍞✨

Tomorrow we’ll be finishing up the baking lineup with:

Whoever said it was unhealthy to eat an entire loaf of bread clearly never had Oreo sourdough 😬😅

This Oreo loaf is absolutely heavenly 🥰 rich chocolate cookie flavor swirled throughout a soft, tangy sourdough crumb. It’s the kind of loaf that disappears one slice at a time until suddenly… it’s gone. 🍪👀

And then there’s the Honey Oat. Warm, cozy, and comforting, with a touch of sweetness and a hearty oat topping that makes every slice feel like a hug. 🍯🌾

Honestly, if either of these loaves are sitting on your counter, self control might be asking a lot. 🤭😂

In just a couple of weeks, we’ll be taking some much needed time away to make memories with our kiddos! ❤️

📅 The last day to get on the baking calendar is June 10th.

🏖 We will be away June 15th–19th and unavailable for orders during that time.

🥖 Business will resume on June 20th, and we’ll be back in the kitchen refreshed and ready to bake!

The kitchen smells absolutely incredible!!

🍪 Oreo Sourdough – Rich chocolate cookie pieces folded throughout a soft, tangy sourdough loaf, creating the perfect balance of sweet and indulgent. Every slice is packed with cookies n’ cream flavor and little pockets of chocolatey goodness.

🍯 Honey Oat Sourdough – A cozy, wholesome loaf made with sweet honey and hearty oats. The crust bakes up beautifully golden while the inside stays soft and tender with a subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with butter, jam, or enjoyed all on its own.

The Honey Oat came out AMAZING! 🍯🌾
Golden, hearty, and lightly sweet with a beautiful oat-covered crust. It smells every bit as good as it looks and is perfect for toast, sandwiches, or just enjoying warm with a little butter.

And would you look at that Classic loaf!
This one was baked in a bread tin with the intention of being a true sandwich loaf, and I am loving how it turned out. Nice shape, great height, and perfect for slicing. 🍞

As for the Lemon Poppyseed… we’re going to pretend she isn’t here. 😂 She got a little too excited during fermentation and ended up overproofed, so she’s looking a bit sad today. But that’s baking for you! Not every loaf is a supermodel, and sometimes the kitchen keeps us humble. She’s still gonna taste fabulous though! 😅

The good news? The house smells incredible, and there is still plenty of delicious sourdough coming out of this kitchen!
