Rose Vermicelli Pudding is a beautiful Indian dessert. Vermicelli is sautéed in ghee for about 2 minutes and then cooked with milk. Once it’s almost done cooking, you add one grated apple followed by sweetner, pistachio, and cardamom powder. Lastly, top it off with rose petals and pistachios.
