We are extremely late planting a flower garden this year. Weird weather, severe drought, cost of fuel going crazy high and the list goes on and on for anyone who farms. We have been busy with two kids graduating this year too. 😅

We MIGHT start on a garden soon but just depends what happens in the next few weeks. We have to make some changes too……. so we won’t be offering flower subscriptions this year. I’ll keep ya’ll posted soon.

Over the weekend, we celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary and our kids did a romantic dinner outside! It was so sweet and the foods was delicious! So about a month ago, my husband had seen a metal vintage bubble glass oval frame that he liked while shopping and then decided that he wanted to get flowers ordered for our anniversary for me to later press for the frame. I can’t wait to see it finished soon! 🥰

Thank you Kellie at Shorty's Flowers for recreating my original wedding bouquet……well honestly I had artificial flowers and it was just light purple roses and some filler. Although red roses and white lilies are the most challenging flowers to press for color retention (yes I had pressed SO many!), these are exceptionally rare to see the perfection together in one frame!

We are blessed to be acquainted with this family who has endured multiple losses over the past year.
