Salads, sandwiches, wraps... and coming soon ---> fresh pressed cold juices! Everything here is made from local ingredients, and is simple, healthy, and easy to grab!

When 3barn first reached out to me asking if they could capture the story behind Farm to Porch Delivery Service - Lake Country, WI, I wanted to say no.

And not because I didn’t love our story, but because selfishly I didn’t want to be on camera.

But, I knew that if I wanted to help more people, which is our ultimate goal, that this was a wonderful way to reach more people.

Even though I was in the hot seat, I put Kevin there for a moment, too. 😆 I simply asked him, why us? Why did they want to capture our story?

And even though I’m the one sharing the story, what makes it so compelling is all of you. All of the suppliers who make this possible, our team who works so hard behind the scenes, and the entire Lake Country community.

Kevin and Laura, thank you. Thank you for choosing us. ♥️

This was an item that has been requested over and over again, and when I reached out to her a couple of months ago, she didn't have the capacity to take us on.

BUT, now that farmers markets are wrapping up for the season, we're so excited to have her here! Let's meet Brittany and Neal with Ourganic Farms!

What's funny about their story is that their fermented sauerkraut became their signature product by accident.

When Brittany started selling her items at the Watertown Farmers Market years ago, she didn't have much to offer beyond asparagus, eggs and seedlings.

Neal suggested that she take some of their sauerkraut to the market. The sauerkraut came from a family recipe that dates back to the 1800s, and it's all fermented in stone crocks.

It flew off the table the first week.

They soon expanded their line beyond their original recipe and developed other sauerkraut flavors: Bavarian Style Caraway, Apple C***r & Fennel, and the one that became their biggest hit, Garlic & Cracked Pepper.

Sauerkraut and brats go hand-in-hand, but she also suggests draining the sauerkraut and adding it to grilled cheese or any deli-style sandwich. It also makes a good salad topper. Some customers have even told her they drain it and use it to top pizza!

Brittany and Neal also grow indeterminate heirloom tomatoes, have 29 fruit trees, and raise cattle and chickens!

These are two people I admire and respect so unbelievably much. 🥹♥️ Shea is the one behind Semper Suds . When this all started she was one of the very first people I reached out to because I could tell she was the type of woman who poured her heart into everything she did. And not only does she show up as a supplier, but both her and Tim have continuously offered their help to Farm to Porch. 3barn did an incredible job (as always) capturing their story! ♥️

It’s Monday! School is out. Some are wrapping up the workday. And most people are wondering what the heck is for dinner. 😅

We polled our customers in a post not too long ago and asked if they would be interested in individual meals, and the response was an overwhelming YES!

So, we’re excited to introduce Chef Matt's Meals ! He is bringing more than 40 years of culinary mastery to our Farm to Porch customers!

Each week, he’ll offer several different individual meals, and they’ll be available as a 5-pack bundle that you can customize by choosing any five meals you’d like. Each meal is approximately 600 calories.

This week's options include:
*Balsamic Baked Chicken Thighs
*Turkey Meatball Marinara
*Chimichurri Steak
*Orange Basil Salmon
*Teriyaki Chicken Breast

He’ll also be offering other items, including soups and some family-style meals.

This week, you can grab his chicken noodle soup or a large Chicken Quinoa Taco Bake that feeds 6-8 people!

Chef Matt focuses on clean, honest ingredients, and sourcing locally whenever possible. And when he can, he’ll be getting those ingredients right from some of our other Farm to Porch suppliers!

His meals are low sodium and are best eaten fresh but can also be frozen. And because I know it's important to many of us, he uses paper containers, making them a more environmentally friendly option.
