This is why we do it. 🖤⬇️

OJAI:FOODi.n.p.ojai is absurdly perfect. A window. A few milk crates. A pizza box with a splash of sass. Step up hungry and something shifts. The light hits your face. The air smells unbearably delicious. You feel pulled in before you order. This place wants your full attention.

The Cocas lead. Inspired by the cocas in Spain. This is not pizza. This is something wilder. It carries a punk spirit. A Valencian base built on a bright tomato layer. It kinda dares you to take the first bite. Confit tuna with weight and roasted green onion that lifts the whole thing. Crispy shallots tossed on top like a secret signal. Each bite runs smoky and sharp. You keep eating because stopping makes no sense here.

The whole place feels wild in the best way. Rad and deliciously unhjnged.

Oh. Then there is the drippy, salty, magical s’more cookie. That’s right. You heard me.

I find myself already thinking about the next time I will walk up to that window.
