This blood orange gin fizz is light, refreshing and has a complex, yet still delicate flavor profile thanks to the delicious Empress 1908 Gin!

is micro-distilled in small batches with botanicals like juniper, rose, grapefruit peel, and butterfly pea blossoms for an aromatic flavor that just pairs beautifully with blood oranges!

Here's how to make this Blood Orange Gin Fizz!

Ingredients

•1 1/2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
•2 oz Blood Orange Juice
•1/2 oz Blood Orange Simple Syrup
•1/2 oz Aperol
•2 dashes Orange Bitters
•1-2 oz Soda or Seltzer
•Blood Orange Slice and Mint for garnish

Directions

1. Add ice to a cocktail mixing glass. Then add in the gin, blood orange juice, simple syrup, aperol, and a dash of orange bitters.
2. Stir to combine and then strain into a glass and top with a splash of soda.
3. Garnish with blood orange slice and fresh mint.
