Got back out on the BBQ circuit this weekend and cooked in Enid, OK at the Roberts Ranch Smokin' Red Dirt BBQ. We took 8th chicken, 19th ribs, 39th pork(youch) and 13th place brisket for a 12th overall finish out of 75 teams. I'll take it :) Gotta give it up to Gateway Drum Smokers for letting me sleep til 6am!! Hot n' Fast!! ICP!! Congrats to The American Dream on GC and Iowa Smokey D's on RGC!! Good times!! Ready to do it again already :)

Alright friends... it looks like the Hogs on the Sauce Competition BBQ team won't be cooking much, if at all in 2013. Our kids are getting into sports, etc and our weekends are booked. Therefore, I need help selling my BBQ trailer. This thing is awesome and is 1/2 ton tow-able! (I pulled it my 1/2 ton GMC Z71 for two years). If you know anyone looking for a cargo trailer/toy hauler that is equipped with electricity, air conditioning, insulated walls, etc. It's perfect for not only BBQ, but could be used for hauling ATV's, Motorcycles, etc. Please share with your friends and send them my way if interested.
