Dinner at La Buca feels like you’ve been transported straight to a cozy little train car somewhere in Italy 🇮🇹

Tucked into the Paseo Arts District, the space is all warm lighting, vintage details, and pure Italian romance 😍😍

We started with the fritto misto (crispy, golden perfection), then watched the table-side cacio e pepe come together right in front of us! We ❤️ a little dinner theater moment. I ordered the La Buca meal, a Tuscan-style bean and smoked sausage dish that felt like the ultimate “nonna’s comfort food” situation.

Friends, pizza, and wine… the holy trinity of a good Thursday night 🍕🍷✨

We pulled up to the Presqu'ile & Grand Cru Wine/Pizza Takeover at Sedalia’s Oyster & Seafood and it was exactly the kind of evening you hope for: great bottles, incredible pizza from Chef Dakotah, and a table full of friends to share it with.

We sipped through wines from Presqu'ile Wines and the Grand Cru Selections portfolio (via Provisions) while noshing on slices that definitely had everyone going back for more. I can't remember any of the names, but think duck prosciutto, mussels, and garlicky tomatoes. Trust us… one slice was never the plan.

Good wine, great food, and even better company -- Sedalia’s knocked it out of the park again!

Not even joking that we have a standing Friday after-werk low-key sushi date on the calendar for The Lobby Bar 🍣🥢🍶🍺🍷 where we can get all the Sushi Neko favorites (like Neko Fries & the Tataki Salad) in a super chill, relaxed setting! The weather was too perfect that we moved from our usual seats at the bar to the cozy patio!

Did you know Neko has a secret menu with sushi roll combos that you didn't know you needed! The girls have been working through the list and ranking their favorites!
