I don’t talk enough about the fact that I’m getting a bachelors in Exercise Science or why.
Growing up, I was always an active kid that found joy in movement. I also grew up in diet culture, body shaming, and the glorification of eating disorders.
I found yoga by accident and fell in love. I got my teaching certification in an attempt to find myself again in motherhood, but it lit a fire in me.
My students had so many healthy issues. Fractured spine, torn rotator cuffs, hypermobility, and more. I found myself researching the human body in my spare time. I was hooked on discovering new cues, new understanding. I found Exercise Science.
Yoga isn’t a workout, and there is so much more I can say about this journey, and I am so glad to be on it.
I want to help create a wellness culture in America that supports the body, mind, and soul. This is one more step towards that.

Yoga class every 1st & 3rd Sunday of the Month. This is beginner friendly and all levels are welcome!
This is a safe environment. We dove deeply into to our breath and body. This encourages presence in the moment as well as building strength and flexibility.

Class is $15. Bring your own mat, but blocks and props are provided.

Product Highlight: Sick Steamers

Since everyone’s dealing with seasonal allergies, colds, and stuffy sinuses. I made these to help out.

Peppermint: breaks through built up mucus, soothes your sore nose and throat

Eucalyptus: brings a gentle power to the force of peppermint. It opens up your airways for the steam to work its magic.

Clove: comforts and soothes irritation. It brings a warmth to the coolness of peppermint.

What you do: boil a pot of water, add the sick steamers to the water, cover your head and the bowl with a towel. Inhale the steam.
