A special client asked me for sushi… but make it cake. 🍣🎂

I’ll admit, when I first started thinking about how I was going to pull this one off, I wasn’t entirely sure I could do it. 😂 But piece by piece, it started coming together—and here she is!

✨ Vanilla cake
✨ Cookies & cream whipped filling
✨ White sprinkle-covered buttercream
✨ Handmade sushi-inspired details, wasabi & chopsticks to bring the whole look together

Definitely one of the most unique cakes I’ve made so far, and I had SO much fun watching this idea come to life.
