We are getting ready to sell some native, prairie seed this spring. In anticpation of Tulip Time, this size jar will be only $6.85 including sales tax! Because we are Dutch, and so are many of our customers, these seeds are packaged in reused spice containers.
These jars contain 35 native, Iowa-wildflower species and 10 native grasses. The seed is sourced from our good friends at Hoksey Native Seeds, just a short drive away in Lynnville.
If you are in Pella during Tulip Time stop by our booth. We are sharing a booth with Freedom House Ministries, a non-profit that houses girls coming out of sex-trafficking. Tulip Time is Thursday, May 1 - Saturday, May 3. We will be a part of the “Dutch Market” located around West Market Park. The hours are 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Paul will be there Friday afternoon and all day Saturday if you want to discuss native plants!
