Smoked Brisket Chili!

If you're looking for something different to serve at your next get together this is your sign! Traveled to Mushrush Ranches on Friday morning for their fall Cattle Sale and served this one. Studded with Creekstone Farms Burnt Ends, fresh ground brisket, sausage, and a whole gardens worth of veggies. Hearty, savory and paired with Honey Butter Cornbread and a full toppings bar. This is a menu that will have your guests coming back for more. Happy Sunday!

Let's talk Smokin' O's Pulled Pork!!!

A BBQ staple from any joint, this is my number 2 selling menu item behind only Brisket! Whether the finished product comes from pork shoulders or a Whole Hog mix, each pound gets the same love and attention. Simply seasoned, slow-smoked for hours and then hand shredded and tossed with a Carolina Vinegar sauce that makes for one of my favorite bites in BBQ!

Smokin' O's will be on hand serving up a freewill donation BBQ dinner featuring Burnt Ends, Pulled Pork and a loaded lineup of sides. Come out for a great cause and always a good time at H&L!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Cupid's Homecoming party at Clover Cliff Ranch Bed and Breakfast! Saturday night saw a packed house at the Pavillion. We are always so grateful for everyone who chooses to spend the evening with us and support our small business. Be on the lookout for my next dining event, which may very well be the finale for 2026! Tickets are on sale now for the annual Strong City Preservation Alliance Black Tie Affair benefiting the Strong City Opera House!

Saturday night October 24th, come out and enjoy live music, some great auction prizes, and a Smokin' O's Taco Bar loaded with all the fixings! Rumor has it there will even be a dinner certificate from us that you could win for your next dinner party. Looking forward to a great evening!

The Strawberry Feta is one or our signature salads that pairs with any menu! Mixed Green lettuce, with fresh cut strawberries, candied pecans, feta cheese, and a sweet vinaigrette dressing. Order up!

Starting to get excited for Cupid's Homecoming next Saturday October 3rd at Clover Cliff Ranch Bed and Breakfast! Promises to be a fun evening, pair up the beautiful Flinthills scenery, great drinks, and a full Smokin' O's buffet spread on deck.
