As we head into soup season, I wanted to share a little background about Olympia Soup Company.
OSC is still a very small business. Most weeks, it’s just me doing everything from menu planning and shopping to cooking, packaging, deliveries, customer service, website updates, and everything in between. I bring in help when I need it and when the business can support it.
But I have some pretty big plans for this little company.
I’m hoping in the near future to move into a small private kitchen that can be dedicated gluten free and vegan, with a space where customers can pick up their orders directly.
I’m also planning to add macros and more nutritional information to the menu, continue improving the website and ordering experience, and eventually add dedicated delivery drivers as OSC grows.
There are still plenty of things I’m learning, changing, and improving along the way, and I genuinely appreciate every piece of feedback, especially the patience and grace you’ve given me while I build this.
Every order is helping OSC become a little more of what I’ve imagined it could be.
