Hi everyone!

A few orders ran later than expected today because production took longer than anticipated. Thank you all so much for your patience and kindness as Olympia Soup Company continues to grow.

Starting next week, delivery and pickup hours will change to 3–7 PM to give us a little more flexibility and help ensure orders are ready on time.

For those who don’t know about my other business, The Hopeful Cookie Co.

We donate 25% of sales to Rebuilding Hope Sexual Assault Resource Center and are planning a comeback later this summer.

While we’re really sad we won’t be able to attend Thriftapalooza this year, we still wanted to help spread the word because it’s such an awesome event filled with amazing small businesses, vintage finds, and good people.

If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, definitely go check it out ✨

What a week!

Over 13 gallons of soup went out this week. Thank you so much to everyone supporting this little soup dream of mine

This week we also have some fun new items, including vegan + gluten free cookies from our friends at

I’ve tried them myself and they are magical 🤤

You can now order them directly through our website and have them delivered right to your door with your soup order or pick them up from their shop at the mall ✨

We’ll also be making a couple changes to help keep up with production:
• Delivery hours will now be 2–5pm Tuesday & Thurs and 12-3 on Saturday
• Pickup hours will now be 2–7pm
• Our soup menu will rotate every other week, so if you sampled a soup from the flight and want to order more, it’ll still be available the following week 🍲
