Best way to prepare your fish for cooking is to brine it for an hour. This helps the fish stay firm during cooking. It also adds a little seasoning to your white fish like Cod.

Heres my take on Fush and Chips.
Brined Cod seared wirh Brown Butter. Home Fried Potatoes with Garden Green Pepper, Onion, and Fresh Herbs. Tender Lemon Asparagus, Avocado Cremea Salsa, topped with sliced Garden Tomatoes and Serrano Peppers. Potatoes were also grown in my garden.

Its been a while since I cooked something I thought worthy enough to post. It's basically been cooking for sustainability.

Here's a Casanova's Butchery Rockbrook Ribeye. Uncovered and aged a few days in the refrigerator. It was then Seasoned lightly with avocado oil and Chili Dawg's Foods of Fire Prairie Gravel. Some Beef Tallow in a hot pan and seared the crust a hard Crust is important. Herbs and fresh sliced chilies from my Garden to the pan and basted the Ribeye. Pulled the Steak to rest, adding bone marrow butter to melt on top.

Removed the herbs from the pan and the extra Tallow. Deglazed the pan with white wine and added Gulf Shrimp, butter, lemon zest and lemon juice, more fresh herbs, sliced chilies, blistered tomatoes, and seafood seasoning. Removed the Shrimp once pink. Incorporated cream to the juices.

This is the food poisoning I got 3 years ago. I was taking Ibuprofen and Tylenol for the fever and chills. The Ibuprofen got stuck by a blood vessel causing it to burst and the GI bleed that almost killed me and lead to the problems I still face today. I did eat at a fast food joint (not Taco Bell) but no other reports at that place. My resesrch also showed that it is associated with Farm Animals. The poisning was so bad the gave me some of the strongest antibotics the had. I had to have 2 separate IVs one in each arm as they couldn't mix tbem together. Not sure where all this is coming from, but it's no joke
