We will be closed at the beginning of the week as we prepare for one of our biggest events of the summer, Papillion Days! 🎉🥤

This weekend, you can find us at Papillion Days alongside all of the other amazing food trucks and vendors.

We’ll be serving up your favorite dirty sodas, energy drinks, refreshers, and sweet treats all weekend long.

Thank you for supporting our small, family-owned business. We are spending this week stocking up, prepping, and getting ready for what we expect to be an incredible weekend. We can’t wait to see everyone at Papillion Days! 💜

A lot can happen in a year!

We have had so many new followers in the last couple months, so I wanted to re-introduce myself! My name is Monica Grace and I started Gracie’s Sodas and Sips. At a young age, my grandmother(who has since passed) gave me the nickname Gracie. As a nod to her and those who know and love me the most, it just felt fitting for the soda shop to be named Gracie’s.

A year ago, I took a leap of faith and bought a trailer I found on Facebook Marketplace. I spent the next two months stripping decades of old paint and vinyl, closing up old concession windows, adding a new service window, and remodeling the interior. I learned how to hitch a trailer, haul a trailer, run a generator and so many other things I would have never dreamed I could do. I started a brand and a business from scratch with many late nights.

Flash forward one year and we just celebrated our biggest weekend yet, surpassing some of our full month sales. This weekend was chaotic, full of hiccups, stressful, and exhausting. But above all that it brought me so much happiness. I am so thankful to the community that has come together to support this small woman owned, family ran soda shop.

To our customers: you truly are the absolute best. We got incredibly lucky with amazing repeat customers who are so loyal and kind. I get to see so many of you on a regular basis and it makes my heart so happy

To my employees: you are the very best team! Your hard work and dedication to the job does not go unnoticed. We have the best time at the soda trailer and it’s all because of your amazing personalities!

To my family and friends: thank you for stepping up to take the on the slack while I work crazy busy weekend hours. Thanks for coming to the soda shop to support me and all of your words of encouragement along the way.

While it’s been one year since we started working on this business, we will celebrate our birthday in August to coincide with our first opening day!

We will be closed these next couple days preparing for Papillion Days. This week you can find us during the open hours of Papillion Days!

Our Summer Kickoff Customer Appreciation Event was a huge success, and we are so grateful for everyone who came out to support us! We had tons of sticker challenge winners, gave away free drinks, free toppers, free merch, and had an absolute blast celebrating with all of you. 🥤🎉
