We had a cancellation for 1/4 beef for pickup around January 26. Custom processing and packaging at Marsolf in Mountain View included in your price $6.25 per pound hanging weight.

Message us here or call/text Gary at (870) 213-7149 to claim it! $100 deposit required to reserve.

Quarter beef is 250-300 pounds live weight, around 163 pounds per quarter hanging (~ $975), in the range of 125 pounds of beef, which will fit in a 10 cubic foot freezer. This includes portions of all steak cuts: Ribeye, sirloin, strip, tenderloin, t-bone (or strip and tenderloin), a variety of roasts, short ribs, and a lot of ground beef, plus soup bones, stew meat, and organs if you roll like that. Even fat if you’d like to render tallow.
