Found gluten-free chicken strips at Food Basics on highway 15, bonus that they're made in Canada! Cooking them up for supper tonight, will update this post on opinions later!

Edit: For reference, they are cutlets, so formed chicken breast like chicken nuggets. They are nice and crunchy on the outside and decent consistency on the inside. Definitely kept the kids quiet! We plan on buying more while they are on sale. I'd recommend giving them a try!
