One thing about the way I bake is that if you give me a flavor, Iā€™m going to try my hardest to deliver that flavor to the max! And this lemon cake is no different. This is a gluten-free (yes, I offer gluten free items šŸ˜‰) lemon cake sample box. Itā€™s lemon cake with lemon curd filling & lemon buttercream & it is divine. Not too sweet with just the right about of pucker. šŸ‹

This strawberry cake is packed full of strawberry flavor! Homemade strawberry jam baked into the cake layers & mixed into the buttercream, & as much strawberry filling as I could jam in the middle. This is a strawberry lovers dream!
