Located on the banks of the Atchafalaya River, in the small town of Krotz Springs, La., Don and Susie Bergeron opened a small restaurant in 1985 called "Suzy's Home Cookin'." After retiring in 1998 from the restaurant business, we continue to use our house seasoning in our kitchen and would like our friends and former patrons to enjoy the taste of "Suzy's Home Cookin'" in their own kitchens. Just sprinkle a little bit of Cajun flavor on all your dishes.
