We are hanging out in New Iberia tonight, but we will be rested and ready for Village Beats in City of Scott tomorrow night!!!

Spending breakfast and lunch with everyone at the Lafayette Parish Courthouse in Downtown Lafayette and then supper with The Community Church in New Iberia!!

Can not wait to fire up the red box for everyone!!!

Happy Halloween Week!!!!

We are back and ready for action. Even have a Trunk or Treat we will be at on Wednesday night.

Double shot for you on Wednesday!! Starting off the day with breakfast and lunch at the Lafayette Parish Courthouse in Downtown Lafayette. Then capping off the night with a Trunk or Treat in New Iberia at Community Church.

Thursday we will be back in City of Scott for another amazing session of Village Beats featuring and .

And wrapping up the week at a new location on Friday. Construction will have the Red Box and the Bearded Man onsite for lunch.

As always, THANK YOU to every single one of you for the continued support. All of this would not be possible without you guys!!

GOOD MORNING!!!!

WE ARE BAAACCCCKKKK!!

Vacation was great!!! The Non-Bearded Lady and the Bearded Man had some good quality time together!!! We got to spend time with great family and friends and traveling to some new areas and trying some great food.

But we missed you guys!!!! This weeks schedule will post shortly!!!

And just like that, it is Friday again!!! Vacation has been fun, but we are ready to get back and see everyone.

Lastly this week, we spotlight an item not on the menu. But, it may show up on the menu before you know it.

We call this flavor packed burger the Q Dawg Special. For those of you who do not know, Q Dawg is one of the nicknames for The Bearded Man, that's ME!!!!

This is what I like to fix myself after we finish a lunch rush.

It is our 1/2 lb. Foodie Burger patty. Still fixed on toasted texas toast with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. But I add extra Cajun Mayo and extra pickles. Then I also add diced jalapenos and grilled onions.

Oh man!!!!! Love these!!!!

Hey there fellow food junkies!!

Happy Thursday!!

Today we spotlight one of the newest members of our family.

Meet the Carnivore Burger. Meat meat and MORE meat.

This baby consists of our 1/2 lb. Foodie Burger Patty and bacon and cheese with sausage and tasso from ’s smoke shack LLC .

So much flavor in one bite. And yes, it also has our Cajun Mayo on it. Feel free to make it even better and request some grilled onions on it. SSOOOOOOOO good.

HEY MIKE!!!!! hahaha. We all know what day it is!!!

Hope everyone is having a great week.

Spotlight menu item for today is........... our Smoked Turkey Legs.

If you try to pick these turkey legs up by the bone to eat them, you will end up with on the bone in your hand.

We smoke then bake our turkey legs until they are fall off the bone tender. You can eat them with a fork. They are topped with our homemade BBQ sauce and our BBQ seasoning.

They are not always on the menu, but if you see them on the menu, you will not regret it if you treat yourself to one.

Gooooooodd morning!!!!!

Happy Tuesday!!!

Today we spotlight our chicken tenders.

These crispy juicy tenders run a very close second as our most popular items.

We season and bread these jumbo tenders ourselves. They are seasoned with our All Purpose seasoning and red pepper and then breaded with our All Purpose Breading.

You can get either our Cajun Mayo or Honey Mustard dipping sauces to go with them. Or you can even get both!!!!!

Happy Monday everyone.

Being we do not have schedules and locations and menus to share with you this week, we will highlight some of our menu items.

Today we are highlighting our Foodie Burger.

It made it's debut as our Smash Burger and marketed as that for quite some time. Being our smash burger was so thick and big, it was not the "smash burger" people seemed to be expecting. So we recently rebranded it as our Foodie Burger.

Our Foodie Burger is our best selling items. It is a half pound of ground beef. We do not add any binders or fillers. It is served on grilled texas toast with our Cajun Mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles.

We would love for you to try one out if you have not had one yet. We do not think you will be disappointed.

It's a new week fellow food junkies.

However, we are on VACATION!!!! We are taking a little time off before we hit the holiday rush and then run right in to MARDI GRAS!!! Yes, it will happen that fast.

Sorry we will miss everyone this week!! We will be back and rested next week.

Thank you again for making all of this possible and for all of the support. Each and every one of you are helping to make dreams come true.
