Feeling blessed and greatful this evening! We are currently without electricity, like many of you. Greatful for the ability to make a hot meal, to have happy chickens laying lots of fresh eggs even in a bad storm, all of our cows and sheep are safe and MOST IMPORTANT all my family is healthy and safe. We had children, grand children, a sister and her family, a brother and his family, a sister in law and her family and many friends in the direct path of this hurricane, as well as our farm taking it last night. Some have damage, but all are greatful for making it thru. Not everyone can evacuate; like firemen and medical professionals. Counting our blessings big and like phones back on this afternoon and waiting for the hardworking electricians and linemen to get the power back on

Due to the forecasted severe weather, this Saturday’s Opp Farmers Market has been cancelled.

But we’re not ending the season just yet! 🍂 Our **FINAL market of the season** has been rescheduled for **Saturday, October 17th**.

We hope you’ll make plans to join us and help us wrap up another great season at the Opp Farmers Market! 💚

We’ll be open Saturday, October 3rd from 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM at 224 Covington Avenue with a great lineup of local vendors, baked goods, handmade items, produce, coffee, and more!

And don’t forget once the sun goes down, head over to the Haunted Depot! 👻🚂

The Haunted Depot is open Friday & Saturday night from 6:00 PM until MIDNIGHT.

Shop local during the day… then come get scared that night. 😈
