HAPPY FATHER'S DAY 💙 to all the Dad's out there today. Enjoy the time you have with those that made you a Dad! I am missing my Dad especially today,. He was taken by cancer 25 years ago, buti am greatful for every moment and memory we made together ❤️

Herb of the day: Goji Berry

One of my personal favorite tinctures I use ! It is full of goodies that help boost you immune system, it aides in liver and kidney health, plus blood sugar management, cardiovascular health, fertility and sexual health, and skin health.

Ever read a post and wonder how so many different parts of your body can benefit from a single item, I have. While I am NOT a medical professional, I have found that everyone's metabolism and response to herbals varies, but our body's system work together. So my body accepts and processes Goji well and as it improves one of my systems, like my liver it automatically will benefit other systems because the liver naturally works with other systems in its normal function. Personally I have more energy, can not tell you the science, just know it works for me.
