Tried the queso birria tacos at Taco Fiesta in Gulf Shores and I’m not being dramatic when I say… life changed.

3 tacos for $15 and every single bite was giving crispy, cheesy, juicy perfection 🤌
Like… dripping, dunking in consommé, making a mess in the best way possible.

10/10 would absolutely eat again.
Run, don’t walk!!!
