Adding “bartender” to our resumes. 🍸😂. My girlfriend and I recently took Naples Ristorante e Bar at Downtown Disney District Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Class in Downtown Disney District and had so much fun learning how to make the Italian Royale and Banana Buzz with Celaya Tequila Tequila.

The class was small, cozy, and hands-on, so we got to learn a few cocktail-making techniques while putting our shaker skills to the test. The experience also included lunch, live music, and validated parking, making it an easy and fun afternoon out. We had a great time and would definitely do it again. Check out their profile for upcoming Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Classes and events. ❤️

First time at Happy Lamb Hot Pot US in Westminster. The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and I especially enjoyed the Wagyu brisket and Wagyu collar blade. I also appreciated how our server took the time to explain the menu and share recommendations since it was our first visit. We’ll definitely be back.

A fun girls’ dinner night at . ❤️ Good food, good company, and plenty of dishes to share. My favorite was the seafood linguine, but those strawberry and banana crêpes were a great way to end the meal.

They’re also launching their brunch menu this weekend.

I’ve been to for dinner before and loved the food and experience, so I was excited to come back and try their brunch.

Spent Sunday here with a friend over good food, mocktails, and catching up on life. The restaurant is beautiful during the day, and it was a nice way to slow down and enjoy the afternoon. Valet parking is available, and there’s also street parking nearby. The restaurant is conveniently located right off the freeway, so it’s easy to find.

If you’ve only been for dinner, brunch is worth checking out too.

First time at and we may have ordered a little too much. 😅. From wagyu to sushi, sashimi, rolls, seafood, and everything in between, there was plenty to work through. Good service, lots of variety, and we left completely full.

If you’ve been, what are your favorite things to order?

Been craving bánh xèo lately so here’s a few spots I’ve tried around OC. I like loading it up with herbs, wrapping it with lettuce or rice paper when they have it, then dipping everything into sauce before every bite.

Second to last slide is bánh xèo catering, and the last slide is bánh khoái — kind of similar to bánh xèo, just smaller and crispier.

Brunch that reminded me of Vietnam mornings. Loved the made-to-order spring rolls, fresh pho station, and all the different brunch stations throughout Bia Hoi brunch. Also… don’t skip the pandan pancakes at the end.
