As human beings, we forget to realize that great experiences should be able to arouse us with our emotions and make us forget about rational thinking. As a Chef, I want to bring back to life what seems to be lost in common cuisine found in modern day restaurants. Giving back my love for food and health to my clients has been a dream of mine ever since I realize my passion for delicious, exotic, na

tural, and cultural foods just to start. I then design foods to arouse, what I believe, to be the six most important factors for an overall astoundingly memorable experience: sights, smells, sounds, touch, tastes, and memories. These factors all come together to entice and fulfill our deepest emotions and when we experience with our emotions, we lose the conforming ideas that society has conditioned us to think about what is food, and we finally open our eyes to what food really is.
