Been getting a lot of questions regarding when I’m gonna start meal prepping again. Well, I guess it’s now! I was waiting for the holidays to settle and the food truck to get underway but ask and you shall receive! I’ll be making a very small menu this week ready for pick up Thursday including:
Shrimp Scampi Pasta
White Chicken Chili
Beef Bourguignon

Took the week off from meal preps to rock this food truck grand opening! check us out if you’re in the Middleburg area. I’m at the Home Depot on Branan Field. Still working out days/hours but as of right now we’re here Monday-Friday 7-2:30 and Saturday 10:30-3:00
