Not all whey protein is created equal. 🐄 “Organic” sounds clean, but it just means the cows ate organic grain (sometimes in crowded feedlots). “Grass-fed” in the US? There are barely any rules around that label. But grass-fed whey from New Zealand is a whole different story. New Zealand has strict laws that require cows to graze outside at least 340 days a year for a minimum of 8 hours a day. Happy, healthy cows = better quality milk = better quality protein for your family.
