This cozy chicken noodle casserole brings classic homestyle warmth in every creamy, comforting bite 🍗🍜✨ A hearty mix of tender noodles, chicken, and rich savory flavor.
Ingredients:
2 cups dry egg noodles (about 8 oz)
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
½ cup milk
1 cup frozen peas or mixed veggies
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook noodles al dente per package directions, then drain well.
2. In a 2-quart baking dish, combine noodles, chicken, soup, milk, veggies, and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
4. Sprinkle breadcrumb topping evenly over casserole.
