🍓Strawberry Crunch Pound Cake

Ingredients
• 3 cups cake flour
• 1 (3.4 oz) box instant strawberry pudding mix
• 1 tsp fine sea salt
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 1 ½ cups unsalted butter, room temperature
• 3 cups granulated sugar
• 6 large eggs, room temperature
• ¾ cup sour cream, room temperature
• ½ cup strawberry puree (fresh or thawed frozen strawberries blended smooth)
• 1 Tbsp strawberry extract
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 heaping cup crushed Golden Oreos or shortbread cookies (for strawberry crunch topping)

• 1¼ cups powdered sugar
• ¼ tsp fine sea salt
• 1 Tbsp strawberry extract
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1½ Tbsp milk or heavy cream
