This reminds me of the el Monstro I got off a food truck in Puerto Rico!

One pound of meat including pastrami, chicken,steak,pork and ham all inside a Mofongo layer and everything inside our famous "sobao' bread

The new Altamonte location is a welcome addition to the landscape!

They never cease to amaze and have yet to disappoint. When I am in the area, Rosie's is my favorite goto... the sandwiches are huge and packed with meat. The bread and Condiments are fresh. Today's sandwich was the Rosie.

A meatloaf sandwich done right. Mashed potatoes and ketchup in just the right amounts... soft but nicely toasted sour dough bread. Crisp tater tots dusted in ranch seasoning... very good eats. Definitely be back.
